What is The Paper Apothecary?
The Paper Apothecary is a monthly creative collection in a beautiful envelope designed to bring a pause, a little space, wonder and mindfulness into your everyday life.
Each edition is carefully curated by me and posted through your letterbox.
The contents will change from month to month, because I don't want to create something that becomes predictable, repetitive or another thing to keep up with.
Instead, each parcel follows its own intuitive flow.
You might receive an art print, a small card or photograph, creative prompts, reflective writing, a mindfulness practice, a simple ritual, ideas for working with herbs or crystals, or something entirely unexpected.
Some pieces are designed to be used. Some are designed to be kept, some to be given away. Some might simply invite you to stop for five minutes and notice.
But the main aim is to build a practice. Finding small, manageable ways to make space for creativity, wonder, mindfulness and connection within whatever life looks like that month.

There's no prescribed way to use your parcel.
Take in what you need. Allow yourself to try something once or come back to it later. Leave something on your desk, in the kitchen or next to your bed. Put something in your journal. Give something to a friend. Do whatever feels right to you.
This isn't another subscription asking you to consume more things.
It's a little invitation to pause, notice and build a practice that belongs to you to create a safe space within a busy, busy world.
How does it work?
This is a monthly subscription offering, though you can dip in for a singular edition if you so choose. You will be charged on the same date each month.
The opening door will be on the 15th of the month when the edition changes. (Place an order on or before the 15th, and you'll receive that month's edition; orders placed after the 15th will be for the next edition.)
Your Paper Apothecary will be posted after the 15th of each month.
A little note from me
To put it simply, being a natural creative, nature lover and mum to a child with complex needs, finding the ability to make space for myself has been a saving grace. And I just want to be able to share this with you, whatever your circumstances, building a practice of wonder, mindfulness and bits of whimsy is essential amongst the demands of life.
I truly hope you enjoy this offering from my mind and heart to yours.
